Landora ("we", "our", "us") provides an AI-powered landing page generation service at www.landoraai.com. Users describe their business, and our AI generates a single-file HTML landing page. Free previews are available; downloading the source code requires a one-time payment.

2. Account & Usage

No account creation is required to use Landora. By using our service, you agree to these terms. You may generate unlimited free previews. You must not use automated tools to mass-generate pages or abuse our AI infrastructure.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. All prices are in USD. Purchases are one-time payments — there are no recurring charges. Since you can preview your page for free before purchasing, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us for assistance.

4. Ownership & License

Upon purchase, you receive full ownership of the generated HTML/CSS code. You may use, modify, host, and distribute the page for any purpose, including commercial use and client projects. You may not resell the unmodified generated page as a template or claim the AI generation technology as your own.

5. AI-Generated Content

Pages are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, AI output may occasionally contain errors, placeholder content, or imperfect designs. You are responsible for reviewing and editing your page before publishing. We do not guarantee that generated pages will achieve specific conversion rates or business outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

Generated pages may use publicly available resources such as Google Fonts, Tailwind CSS (via CDN), and placeholder images. You are responsible for replacing placeholder content with your own content, images, and branding before publishing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Landora is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific page in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Landora after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
